We all know that colour, texture and accents make all the difference to the way something looks – and that applies equally to interiors, clothing, furniture and every other dimension of design.

The willingness to embrace colour is something that we have seen particularly strikingly in re-upholstery projects. Black or charcoal meeting and task chairs are being replaced with co-ordinated colour palettes across entire office buildings.

Rich jewel tones also feature – deep shades of emerald green, sapphire blue, ruby red which add luxury and depth – sometimes contrasted with geometric patterns and abstract motifs to provide a counter-point to catch the eye.
